02' Blue L.

Hey guys,

Last night in Abilene, Texas, spotted a blue 02' L, looked real sweet. Anyways, my friend w/ a stock 454ss lost to him badly, then it was my turn. We hit it from a 45 punch, he jumped out a car in front, then I realed him in quick, and shut down about 70 3 cars ahead.

I like the color of those 02's.

I see you've got that 502 tuned in pretty good, Fox! Can you hook up at the track? I cant imagine having another 150 cubic inches. It must feel awesome. Good job.

I'm gettin' there w/ the tuning, I need to get to a dyno and fine tune it. I've been to the track once, and I was getting 1.9 60ft.'s, but I didn't have my cal-tracs adjusted right, and my converter was slippin. So hopefully the next time I goto the track I'll be gettin' somewhere around 1.7 60.ft's.

The bad part of the story I didn't share was that we both got pulled over right after we raced, the guy in the Lightning took off as the cop was walking up to my truck. I got a ticket for racing. Hopefully it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

That SUCKS!! Why are cops always around when you DONT need them. When you need one really bad, FORGET IT! Their 15 minutes away. Hate it for you. I guess thats your winners trophy!
