| Registered User | PVC system on Turbo 2nd Gen Ok, we got my brothers truck up and running. Trying to figure out what to do with the PVC system. There is a shop in my area that does a lot of turbo cars, They install an electric smog pump off of a camaro/corvette and set it up on a 1psi switch so it only runs under boost. Any info is greatly appreciated. Right now we are seeing a little oil in the drivers side VC push in breather, only running 8psi right now. Thanks |

| always bet on black | i put breathers on my build (not running yet), but i may try to put the pcv back on, with a good catch can/fitler on it with a check valve, but then there is no veltilation under boost that way though. you could use a catch can with the breathers, but that would still be eliminating the pcv. it would control oil spray out of the breathers, though. i would like to hear about a good solution also.
