need some help with this

OK guys...I need some help....I have a Garrett turbo.. I Believe it is a gt-6041...not sure tho...(its big!)

Can this work? Any tips/advice....

My main question however is about the exhaust housing. Can I change the Housing to a smaller one?

I'm Def not Mr. Turbo so any help would be appreciated.
