interesting..but is $800 a good price for the set? strike that I guess they can price it however they want since they are the only ones specifically produced for this purpose..

here they are on their site..
http://www.treadstoneperformance.com...urbo+Manifolds

What do you guys think about the clearance with the turbos installed..placing and such? (I am rookie when it comes to turbo stuff)

I'm thinking what would it take for Kooks to bang out a set, I'm sure a grand easy, on a twin turbo built I really don't think thats to bad with the flanges all set up, my question would be will they support big power? say a 1000HP. In looking at those photos they look solid with thick flanges but cast manifolds aren't often held in high regard performance wise.

FRPP shorties are 169.00 a pair. For the other 600.00 I could have it welded with Ferrari quarter panels into a T3 manifold

Nothing wrong with cast manifolds.. They are very durable, and they will flow as well as the casting is made. In other words, bends/radiuses can be cast, just as easily as they can be cut/welded. 1000hp would be cake with these manifolds, and a pair of GT30R's, or anything bigger than a 50trim T3/T04E.

im sorry but knowing how tight it is on these trucks, and having twin turbos there is NO WAY in hell those would work with some serious modification to things that will be in the way of mounting the turbos..

3076's would make close to 1000rwhp.. I've made over 500whp with a single 3076, with a .82 A/R T3 (T31) housing. I worked with Rob Cadle (formerly of Garrett), back when they were developing the GT stuff in 2003/2004. We did a lot of testing with the 28RS/30R/35R.

I'm was thinking the same thing. Seems like the turbos would end up with horrible placement. Hard to say just looking at the picture, need to see 'em on a truck.

I just talked to treadstone.... The manifolds are a cast made for a truck down in South America. It seems as if he was just shipped the mold and asked to cast them. Jason was who I talked to he did not know if they would fit or what you would have to modify to get them to work. He was trying to contact the truck owner in South America to get more info..... I tried to work a deal to get a discounted set to get all the info needed but thats was a no go.... They are just waiting for someone to buy a set and "Dive in" was the exact quote I was given.
