Making more room for the hairdryer (pics)

Sending my hotside to get covered with a product so perfectly named "White Lightning" from Swaintech, so I got a bug up my azz Saturday night and decided to try to get the wiring away from my 4" Torch-Sizzling Downpipe. Grabbed a spare distro block from my stereo parts drawer and went to work. I wish I had a before picture, because it is SO much cleaner than it was before. I also ran a 1/0 lead behind the black trim channel to the drvier's side where I'll be mounting my 300AMP ANL Fuse block for the stereo. Just tapped 2 screws in the bracket and she's not going anywhere

All tucked away. With all this room, I should have gone even bigger :smt102 :smt042

How she sits now.

Slowly but surely she's coming along.

Edit: yes, I gutted my precious A/C. I'll worry about a custom setup down the road.

Hehe thanks Dale.

I REALLY wanted all black for the hotside, but supposedly Swaintech is the topnotch stuff. I'll sacrifice the whole "If Darth Vader and Optimus Prime had drunk sex" look of my truck for cooler underhood temps.

Nate,
Once I get the Hotside back, we're looking at maybe a weeks worth of solid wrenching. I took December 10th through the 18th off and I will be dedicating myself 100% every day all day to getting her done. Jan 8th marks the 2 years anniversary of blowing her up. I'll be damned if I'm not driving it before then.

Things to do once the hotside comes in:

Bolt the hot side up
Coolant crossover fab and thermostat/hoses install (I can't weld, so this is tough)
Tap the oil Pan for my 10AN return
Run the feed from the oil cooler
Run O2 extenders
Wide Band Install, Gauges.
Make some crude Air Intake.
Head to Muffler shop and have 4" exhaust run from DP.
Fluids
Tune
PRAY...

Turbo is a Turbonetics 76mm, Q-Trim Wheel, Ceramic-Ball Bearing with Big Shaft option, .96 A/R. It's a street truck, so 600 to 650 on moderate boost would make me happy. If it gives me more, I'll just smile more
