building a turbo kit

i have a 01 Harley Edition. i know it isnt a lightning but was hoping to get a few questions answered. looking for some suggestions on a y-pipe. also do i need custom made headers or is their an alternative?

I know some people take 4.6 mustang shorties and reverse them.

yeah i bought some headers for a 5.4l. that is my plan to reverse them but looks like the abs unit on the driver side is way in the way. all of the headers that i have seen for my engine with a turbo looks like they r all hand fabricated.

then just move the abs thats my plan but i plan on custom headers also

you dont have to remove the abs to make that work.. i did it on my first turbo kit it worked fine..

i am in chicago. thinking about running the headers in the normal direction and just loop it around into a y. seems like will give me more room and can maybe mount it facing forward. similair to the turbonetics kit for the new mustang.
