Project Diesel Killer.

Just about everyone around my town runs diesels. Ford, chevy and dodge. I need to get my f150 faster than there's. I need it to run at least high 7's in the 1/8th mile. Here's the rundown.
2000 F150 lariat excab 4x4. 5.4 and auto trans. not the 4r100. Completely stock.however trans was rebuilt 3k ago. 180,000 miles. probably weighs 5k-5.5k

Looking to do a turbo build and have been seeing the power made with the stock 2v 5.4. How much hp is it gonna take to get those times?
How about the flipped headers thru a t76, air to air intercooler and stock intake and heads? really good tune. BTw what is a good software to learn with? Heard abouth the frankl take his out to 700 but wouldn't last. Will the reg f150 engines make as much hp as the L motors?
BTW does anyone make a hot side piping kit for the 4x4. Seen lots of kits for the chevy's. Any good sites or sponsors? Prices. I would consider a sts but there's too many dirt roads around here.

A regular F150 5.4 is NOT a Lightning engine. If you plan on going turbo, I'd think twice about doing it on a stock 5.4.
