Porting Navi Heads...

Well hell..

There was alot to take off in the intake side... these damn heads should flow alot!!!! i can see how they jump over 75cfm extra with port work... i have done a set of 2v heads before but the 4v are new to me...

i have a feeling i will have plenty of time in these heads.. i have about 1hr on 1 intake port just gasket matching it... and the difference is HUGE!!!!

BYE BYE 250 CFM... HELLO 320+!!!!!

Looks like i will probably end up with a sick set of cams...

i know for sure at least the GT upgraded cams for sure.... but i may jump to a all out race cam...

For those of you who dont know what the navi heads flow..

Lift---25"------28"
0.1---91.3-----97.3
0.2---167-----177.5
0.3---214.9---228
0.4---229.9---247.1
0.5---244.4---258.8
0.6---247.4---262.1

I will post pics when i am done with 1 head... and post the pic of the other stock head...

I am also cleaning up all the coolant runners and what not also.. i got alittle bored and hit them real quick as the mold sucked and had a ledge inside the runner that didn't break all the way.. plus the COOLANT MOD!!!

Can ya tell i am stoked!!! These heads are gonna be a BEAST!!!

I did the coolant mod on my 4V heads as well. Anything to keep these puppies from grenading on me. Can't wait to see pics man!

I'll be very interested to see how well your setup performs! Looks like a lot of work but that only means a large reward at the end! Looks like you are doing a good job too!
