Ralph's New Turbo Headers & Crosspipe

I SOLD my 1 5/8" Mild Steel Headers & 3" Crosspipe so I needed a new stuff!!
I just had RJ Pro Fab build me a set of 304 Stainless Steel 1 7/8" turbo headers & 3" Crosspipe.... I also installed a new Weldon 2345-A Race Pump & a in tank transmission cooler that runs ice water through it..... It should make 200-300 more hp. than before. Now all I have to do is get retuned & back to the race track!

Amazing! That's a thing of beauty Ralph. I love how all the piping is ran. What size turbo is that and how much boost do you plan on running?

It's a 106mm & I'm planning on running around 30# of Boost. It should make a little over 1,700 rwhp...

Truck weight is right at 3,270 w/ driver..... I might be able to get the truck down to 3,200 over the Winter? The (Air-Water) Intercooler is mounted inside the cab. Here is a better Pic!

Yes without those Ribs on the intake the box would blow apart under boost!
