Well since Dallas won't post pics of his 4V setup, here's some of mine lol!

DOH! I meant Denalion26's. HAHAH I guess it's a good thing when too many guys are going turbo, ey?

My welder wanted me to come out and help him plan the final stages of my build. Got there and he had made a ton of progress.

Still no bumper on. She's so naked.

The 4.25 to 4 inch coupler fits like a champ. He welded a lip to the intake pipe to help with higher boost levels.

This is the first option. Charge exits parallel to the top and then curves down

Option 2 is to fire the exit down. He's a little concerned with having the charge pipe run right next to the hot crossover. I think Option 1 is the way to go.

He'd use 2.5 inch pipe to make a lazy 90, and then head straight down where it would flare out to 4" for the Intercooler. Kind of like this.

And then transition into this.

The underside is good to go. Wastegate and BOV will be the last things added.

All in all I think he's doing a killer job. The 4 inch downpipe will run out between the outside of the framerail and my cladding. He thinks there's plenty of space, so melting the cladding shouldn't be an issue. I'll be ceramic coating it all the way back just in case.

I am making some major headway, but the fsking IRS just gave me a nice letter asking for 3 grand that I supposedly owe for 2006. That's going to put a major hurt on my funding. I'm picking up some side jobs to help, but it's about to be tough for a few months. Hopefully I can get this thing rolling soon!

why not come straight up, and turn it toward the center of the truck and then make a 90 into the turbo that way. 2 elbows and you are there basically?

I just realized that is basically what you meant by the picture above this one. I apologize

Well I've seen ur thread called "hot side love" and it only has a few pics and was wondering if you had new pics of all the hot side completed. These pics here look like some great progress but it looks like your already beginning to route the cold side

you have the navi heads i would assume... do to the fact you have the sullivan intake...

i would taper the transistion from the outlet of the turbo 2.5" to 4" that way its not a all of sudden kinda of thing.... and man... 4" ic piping... wow!!!

Nope. The stock 4V heads flow almost as well as the Stage III 2V's do. Only thing I did to the heads were upgrade the springs for peace of mind.

Fuzzie, I hear you man. It's been 20 months since I drove her
Having a GF 2 hours away has zapped my cash flow completely. She's planning on moving back in January, so maybe then I can button her up. She's worth it though. If I could get the hot side ceramic coated and the cold side powdercoated, I could probably piece the rest of it together. I just need to keep picking up extra work. I really want her to roll before the 2 year anniversary of me blowing her up.

Just walked into the garage to reminisce a bit

I just don't have the motivation to work on it until the hot/cold side work is done. It's just so damn ugly right now!

I'm in the same situation. GF 2.5 hours away. Whats crazy is it seems like yesterday when I watched that video of your motor venting. Well your pretty damn close. Looks like the turbo is completly done except for the cold side intake and filter.
