4r100 transbrake!!

So i was talking to a friend on the phone yesterday and he told me he heard that Lentech was now making a transbrake for the 4r100... I said SWEET.. anybody know anything about it? Here is a link, i will be calling them on monday..

im pretty sure theyve been advertising it now for a few years...but havent actually made it....call them and see. i know doesnt make sense.......

Has been running a 4r70w with the twins and last i heard was going to a Turbo 400.

good god it must be built up strong as hell! the 4r70w is what i have in my truck and i think its going ot be the first thing that goes out!

Ya JL has not been running the 4r100 for any of his twin turbo passes as far as i know. Maybe they have been advertizing this but i was wondering if anyone has any experience with it.. I will find out more info over the phone..

what i meant to say was at one time JL was selling a transbrake valve body for the 4r100 thats what i heard i never called to confirm that

over the years a few vendors have said they had one, like a "coming soon " type of thing...but it never happened....

im pretty sure jlp has now ditched the 4r70w lentech for something else...they didnt last too long...

We have talked to Brian at BTS about this and or making one and he said the 4R100 couldn't withstand a transbrake.
