View this user's gallery iTrader: 16 / 100% | MSD 2 step for MOD motors.. I was just talking to my friend and he told me that the new MSD 2 step for coil on plug ford has come out. I think for us lightning guys that cannot put a trans break on this will really help with launching.. and its fairly inexpensive too.. MSD Ford Launch Master PN 8734 |

| My wife says i'm retarded | You can tune a two step with the sct software, but only on a standard and it cannot be done with a regular tune on an excal. There are a few things that are done in the tune to make it work. Several things for the two step, if you do it with SCT and an auto, it will burn the trans up. Dont ask With the two step it will allow you to bring the motor up to the two step setting but you cannot floor it to bring it up to the two step, again it will burn the trans. instead you will roll the throttle to the two step and hold it there until you floor it to launch. The purpose of it is to provide you with more consistent launches by letting you leave at the same rpm each time, instead of trying to hold it at a certain rpm with the pedal |
