torque converters

What torque converters are you guys running and are you happy with with them? I was thinking about going with a 3000 stall for an everyday driver(this is my only vehicle) but I'm starting to wonder if that high of a stall will be good for everyday use.

I hear about some of you guys saying that you wish you had a higher stall, why is that? Are you saying that because of track reasons only or for the streets too?

I ask this because I don't want to put to big of stall on my truck and find out that it isn't a great DD.

I am running a Circle D 5 disk 2800 and love it.

it depends on where you get full boost my truck though not a turbo is a 3500 and wish I went 4000 and it was my DD as well just excpect sh*tty gas milage

How does it treat you on the street? Does it take a while for it start moving from a street light?

Also I will go to the track, just not as often as others, but how does the turbo spool off the line?
