Exhaust flanges. Where to order?

Met with my welder and got my layout figured out. I'll be ordering the 4" aluminum tubing from racepartsolutions. He also needs some exhaust flanges and I'm having a hard time finding them. racepartsolutions has a turbo exhaust vband flange that goes to 4" (for my downpipe) which would be perfect, but it's aluminum. I'm pretty sure I want steel for this. Where can I find an exhaust flange for the turbo side that will weld up to 4" steel downpipe?

Secondly, he needs 2 exhaust flanges that mate to my Ford Racing Shorty headers. I can't seem to find a picture of these anywhere, let alone somewhere to order from. Anyone have a good source?

Thanks!

Are you talking about the header flange that bolts to the heads that the pipes weld too. If so I have both styles of 4V.

if you are talking about the collector flange, cut em off, and have him weld on some tubing to them, with a v-band flange

Dale,
I'm looking for a 4" V Band clamp for the exhaust exit of the turbo (round), which I think I just found on racepartsolutions. As for the flipped header flanges, I'll tell my welder to cut them off and weld pipe straight to it. I believe that's 2.5" on the collector of the FRP headers?

speaking of flanges. does anyone make blank flanges for the 2v motors. i have been making my own, but would rather purchase them if someone makes them.

i'm using the 2v fms shorties, and the driver's side is 2.25" right before the collector, so i am welding on a 2.25" piece then transitioning up to 2.5" right after. the pass. side is not exactly round, but with some work you can get a 2.5" tube on there somehow...

Pretty nice website, even for all the piping that would be needed in a turbo set up or even a custom exhaust set up.
