View this user's gallery iTrader: 16 / 100% | Put it in a vice to take all the screws out then slowly back the vice out.. or use a pair of quick-grip clamps then take the screws out.. same concept.. also my JGS gate had high temp o-rings that i definitly ruined a time or two..

| Registered User Paid Member | I did mine on the truck and it was a pest until I got 2 longer bolts to start the cap on the reassambly process. Just use bolts that are twice as long as the original ones to draw the top cap of the gate close enough to get the stock bolts to catch. Then, remove the long bolts and install the rest and tighten to spec. (1/2 grunt) ![]() Paul |
