| Registered User | 5.4 Navigator/Turbo Build into the Lightning I am finally making the plunge. I purchased a 2000 Lincoln Navigator with 45000 miles. I yanked out the engine and tranny and harness from the navigator. I yanked out my 5.4 from the lightning. I have the 5.4 Navigator engine ready to go into the truck. Anybody who has done this swap.......can you tell me what I might encounter pushing through the factory intake set up. I have a Spearco Front mount intercooler, 60-lb injectors, Dual Fuel pumps, etc. Looking for some builder help. I have bolted on a set of GT500 Shorty Headers and will start mocking up the rest of the equipment. Looks like it will be a fun build that may be very user friendly since everthing is going together nicely. |
