Thanks for all the turbo advice guys

I took a lot of the comments to heart, and I think I made some very good decisions for my intake side. The Sullivan Lower, Rails, and AFPR will be here next week (drop shipped), but my Wilson stuff came in today, and man is it cool stuff..and HUGE! I ordered these yesterday morning from D'Agostino Racing and they just showed up at lunch. Now THAT is fast shipping (I paid for ground).

So the catalog view had me wondering if these things would be big enough for my application..

Bird's eye view.. Hmm.. they look kind of small. Hope they flow well.

A little closer.......... actually they look like they might flow decently

And finally a closeup view.........Holy Crap!!!!.. 95mm is a lot bigger of a Throttle Body than I imagined. 4.25" Diameter!

Thanks again to everyone that's posted in my turbo thread. Without you guys helping me I would have torched this thing and collected the insurance check a while ago..

I don't trust CF driveshafts. One rock chip the wrong way and it will splinter like a freak. Therefore, I can not endorse this purchase, thusly I will be unable to fund your endeavor. Furthermore, I hate you for even considering it because it's the pinnacle of racing madness

I dont trust aluminum ones anymore. How many rock chips do you think I might see driving 250-500 miles a year?

Upper/Lower/fuel rails/AFPR/10AN fuel lines and extended coil pack wires.

Then it's just rad hoses, oil cooler and tranny cooler

Then pipe fab (I'm not doing this.. I wish.. )

Then tuning..

hey, it's only been 7 months...what's another 3?

Why not?

If he builds the regulator and rail setup big, then later he can just add more pump and feed lines

Just seems a bit overkill for a tight budget

You'd be surprised how much power a -06 line will feed.

-10 is left over from the carburetor days and you could look at it like this, under hard acceleration the column of fuel in a -10 line is a whole lot more substantial than it would be in a -06 line. Under hard acceleration (high G force) the pump has to work its azz off to push that much fuel forward in the truck.

With a carb, they had to use huge lines because of the extremely low pressure involved.

Don't mind me....I'm just nit pickin

Well the AFPR comes with twin 10AN feeds. If there's no downside (besides cost) of going 10-AN feed, then I also figure "why not"?. And Matias, you were included in that list of people I was thanking for the build. I'm just more jaded about you because it's your fault I've now invested more than a Lightning's worth of money into this stupid build

And Dale, will 10AN really stress my pumps? I'm building this thing to be reliable, not a full-out drag rig. If it matters that much, I'll neck it down to 6AN.
