View this user's gallery iTrader: 2 / 100% | My cnc guy is a tool box. It took me 3 months to get this much out of him!I think I will get the program off of him and get some more made elsewhere. I am still waiting on the throttle body flange which also will have the o-ring groove in it.We build the rest of the intake here in the shop,so it won't take but a lunch hour to punch that out.I still have the templates and jig from the 1st intake I made 8 months ago.This one is made of 3/4" aluminum vs the 3/8" I used for the last one.I will also use thicker material for the rest of the intake.The original one I built used to breath a bit when it went from vacuum to boost.Pretty scary to watch but I never had any issues with it. here is a shot of the original one I built. |
