| NLOC Member: 1270 Paid Member | Congrats on being picked. Maybe someday maybe my truck will get picked. I doubt it, since it was one the slowest ugliest gen1s around. Once I am done with my project, it should be quite a bit faster. Well you can always count on me for giving you crap about working on the truck and not enjoying it. I will someday get down there to see it. Just never have time to get down to see you buddy. Congrats again buddy, and keep up the good work. |

Whoaho man......I didn't even think you posted here man!!! The install was not a cake walk because of how low my truck is. But, like I said in one of my emails........I wil make it fit. And I did. I will snap a few PICs and send them your way. The shocks are totally different looking. I had to cut off the hard metal dust guards on both of them. They were comming in contact with that brace braket that attaches to the bed pannels. I then hit them with semi-gloss black paint. I also put in some new red poly shock bushings too. And I have oil inpregnated bronze bushings in work also so I made up some one peice units to slide those 1/2" bolts through. It all came together real nice in the end. Thanks again man!!! | |
