| Registered User Paid Member | Still Hunting 12's.... On F1's that is! Been trying all year, but my stars haven't lined up yet. Stats: I took out the left front light and had a full tank of gas in her w/ spare tire on. But minus the hitch. The tune has 16deg WOT timing on 93oct gas. Temp was in the 60's and track elevation is around 900ft. Don't think there was much VHT on the track cause i was spinning when shifting 1-2 and 2-3... Here's some of my slips: 2.189 60ft 8.6394 1/8 ET 85.62 1/8 MPH 13.23 1/4 ET 107.73 1/4 MPH 2.22 60ft 8.62 1/8 ET 85.88 1/8 MPH 13.21 1/4 ET 107.81 1/4 MPH 2.2548 60ft 8.69 1/8 ET 85.98 1/8 MPH 13.28 1/4 ET 106.81 1/4 MPH The she seemed to ping more and get heat soaked: 2.217 60ft 8.85 1/8 ET 85.29 1/8 MPH 13.45 1/4 ET 107.81 1/4 MPH There was a stock '01 L there and he ran a 13.44@102 with a 1.94 60fter! Cheers

View this user's gallery iTrader: 27 / 100% | Loose the spare, tail gate, and toneau if you have one. You could also take off the front sway bar. It is not as time consuming as it seems. That should get you a tenth or two. You could try using some ice in the I/C reservoir right before a run. There are all kinds of tricks for getting better times, you just have to try them.
