Exclamation CALLING ALL POWERDYNE G1's

Ok I've been out of the the loop with all my stuff being shipped back to the states this summer! What are the rest of you Powerdyned G1's running now....and what mods are working good/not working with your setup?

I haven't hit the track yet but heres my mods.....

1" phenolic spacer
MSD ignition w/blaster coil
Transgo Shift Kit
Rancho Torque Arms
Powerdyne BD-11A (stock pulley)
Diesel tube
K&N filter
Side exit exhaust (no mufflers w/borla tips)

I'm hoping for 13.9-14.0 range, the truck ran a 14.8 before the Powerdyne, Ranchos, MSD in HOT (90 deg) weather.

If the track is good(good elevation, cool weather), you should be right around the 14.0 range. I ran 13.9 right after my Powerdyne install, in decent weather.

sstock, it sounds like all you'll need the get those 12's is maybe a torque convertor....I know Marcus and alot of other faster G1's are using the PI (2600 stall). Looks like that may be the best bang for the buck at this point!

Marcus, I have a 2800 PI convertor and have towed my brothers race car and trailer. The car only weights 2400 pounds then plus the trailer. The convertor locks up after third gear anyway, and I haven't had any problems.

My Bad...I thought all you folks with the PI convertors were running the 2600 stall....whats better? Also, do I want a lockup or non lockup convertor?
