| Guest | My truck's been in the shop at Bankston for almost a whole day. I've had to drive around in the Cougar (Which broke a alternator belt 2 minutes after driving down the street ugh) since there's no way in heck I'll be seen driving the damn Focus they gave me... Ugh.. But, quite the list getting fixed on the truck... Replace hood struts (Big *** hood, broke small *** struts). ABS Light periodically on/off Resolve squeaky accessory belt. Replace intercooler, inspect O2 and Supercharger. Replace plugs with supplied Denso's Fix leaking driver side axle seal. Fix Posi unit (Clunk. Clunk. Hop Hop.) Front end alignment. Top windshield trim came loose again. Nevermind it needs a full set of tires... ... I tell ya, the spiffy new lightning's sitting on their lot were lookin' awful sexy compared to my clunking, squealing 50000 mile 99... Sigh... | Guest | Hmmm... Just heard from them... Smack smokin' beefheads... Dude is tellin' me to expect $450 to align my front end... hahhaha $120 for ford's "Camber Alignment kit"... Uh.. $20 at napa or $120 at Ford... hmmmm... Entire rear-end is completely shot, my 3rd party warranty company is throwing a fit that Ford wants to completely replace the rear-end in it's entirety. (At least I'm actually getting my monies worth outta 'em).$100 to install sparkplugs... (Which I'm ok with, better them cussing at my coilpacks and fuel rails than me... ![]() One of my accessory pullies is grinding too. Squealin' like a little piggy. Bad ABS sensor too... Off to Napa to save myself a $100... Looks like I'll have this POS Foci until next week now... Logan 99 White Lightning 69 Mercury Cougar |

| Guest | Everyone gets their turn I guess. Remember on that camber kit you need two of them. Hope the warranty replaces the rear end. My last warranty company said as long as it moves the vehicle blah blah blah... The new truck usually comes after two of these visits . Lets make some TALON Foci videos . |

| Guest | The work didn't get approved until like 4pm today, so they'll be doing the rear axle, ABS sensors, and idler pulley on Monday. Intercooler and plugs are already done. The leaking axle seal got gear lube all over my damn Porterfield pads...Warranty company will only approve stock replacements. Ah well... Logan 99 White Lightning 69 Mercury Cougar |

| Guest | Yeah, I went in yesterday and talked to Jerry, Brian, Duncan and the service manager guy and was screaming them that Doug Boss from Carrollton, TX in the Silver 2000 L got his plugs in for free so damn it they were going to install mine for free too... Strangely, While I was yelling the service manager guy was writing stuff down like mad... Weird. He must've been impressed with my argument. ![]() heheheh Logan 99 White Lightning 69 Mercury Cougar |
