Where's the TALON New Years party?

I think it is in the TALON bylaws that the newest house in the club is the decided location for the above mentioned event. Anybody have a house newer than Logan's? Man we can get our drunken mods on in his new 3 car garage, and fit 4 more in the driveway

Any other ideas?
