| Guest |  Horrific new trend in the rice community?!?! I have noticed something lately that has perked my interest. It has happened twice in the last few days so I figured I would share this discovery with you all. Garett and myself took a little one night vacation to Austin this past weekend. When we were on the way back to our hotel we got into a laughable tangle with a 4 door 4 banger toyota with a huge and I mean huge wing and miscolored ground effects, a real piece of work let me tell you. This car was as slow as expected. They kept toying with us until there was a incident where a redlight slowed us down then turned green and they flew by us. Garett being the race master that he is reeled them back in easily however I look at the passenger and he had videotaped them passing a Lightning. I know what you are thinking... Story #2 Today I am driving back from my family Christmas function. I am minding my own business cruising down Marsh and I look in the rear view mirror and I see a little Prelude full of backstreet boys jockying around behind me looking like they are trying to catch up. I am not paying much attention to all of this because I dont pay attention to preludes, waste of time issue. Well they pull up about a couple car lengths behind me and wait for an opening in front of them. They slowly creep up on the truck and pass me. When I look over to see what they are up to, the passenger has a video camera taping them passing my truck! I dont know what is up with this videotaping of slow rice passing the Lightnings but I dont much care for it. I have a feeling that these guys are misrepresenting the truth. What a shame... So, when you guys are out there driving the streets of Texas watch for the home grown chicken bones bling blinging the video camera and (mis)representin' in the hood BEEEAAAACCCHHH! Merry Christmas! | Guest | Yes, this is a most disturbing trend. I think I may make a sign that says "I'm not racing you, dip$hit!" and keep it in the door pocket, so right when they are passing I can hold it up.
