    cruise control switchs 2002

..... Do I need a pulley to pull the steering wheel off.

Or removing the 8mm bolt (I think) on each side of the steering wheel and removing the airbag, and then the switch's.

There are some videos on YouTube that show the "How to" on this.
Are you buying switches from eBay or LMR?

I just installed new buttons. I bought them off amazon $32.98. You DO NOT NEED to pull the wheel. Once the bag is out of the way and the buttons unscrewed just unplug them and reuse the existing harness. Takes ten minutes tops. I posted pics on the Lightning/ Harley Davidson discussion page on Facebook.

I purchased a Dorman product which includes both switches & harness.
I removed the steering wheel & removed the plastic cover at the back of the steering wheel so i could install both switches with the harness.
Easy job & it works to perfection.
