air filter kit

if i buy the air filter kit do i have to buy a new boot 2?

Mike, if by boot you mean the part between the MAF and the throttle body, the only reason you'd need a new one is if you have a 99-00 and you switch to the 90mm MAF, that comes with the matching boot. Our filter kit attaches to the MAF.
