Down shifting

Hello Sal/lisa, this is Erick - '01 in Hawaii, just curious if you have a new program out to remedy that downshifting problem? Spoke to Sal awhile back explaining that my truck was downshifting back into first at speeds as high as 40mph. In conclusion I like to say "Great parts and great service" the truck has gone a best of 13.3 @ 103.96(not flooring until 40mph) Not bad for Hawaii air conditions. Thanks!

Erick, send it back and I will update you to our newest programs and it will have the downshift issue fixed
