| Guest | Hi, asked some of these questions before, but I'm in a better position to seriously order from you now. My computer is the C3P2, and I'm confused as to if your new tuner will work with what I have. Do I need to get a new computer, or do you sell them, or do have the old type of tuner? And the last question is, have you or others had much luck getting the truck to idle when using a large cam. That would be my first mod and the most important reason I'd buy one. Anyone else chime in too and let me know how it worked. |

| Guest | Hey Keith, I'm in a similar position and here is what I've discovered. The new tuner with the data-logging programming has had problems with our C3P2 processor. The old ones seemed to work just fine, so I asked him to find me one of the old ones and he hasn't found one for me yet. The cam has to have a certain characteristic (like a certain amount of overlap or something) in order for it to work good with the speed density system.I believe Raymond is putting together a motor with a big cam and running it on speed density. Hope this helps - Brian ------------------ 94 Red Lightning K-B Supercharger (7psi), BAP, plug wires and switch chip K&N Filter, 180* Thermostat, Diesel Tube Bassani x-pipe, Crane ps-91 coil, Aeromotive FPR Waiting To Be Installed Crane HI-6tr My Other Toy: 78 Trans Am 400 w/nitrous |

| Guest | Guys sorry for the slow response. I have two Tuner's here that will work with your C3P2 PCM's. They are 5.1 boards with a full warranty. ------------------ Raymond, Performance Specialties [This message has been edited by Raymond_B (edited 07-25-2001).] |
