Post New EEC-Tuner Pricing

Hi all, well unfortunately there has been an EEC-Tuner price increase The good news is that the boards have an improved design and I am working on getting datalogging functionality for the Lightning. At the moment EEC-Tuners can datalog the Mustang A9L family of processors.

Pricing is as follows:

NLOC members: 349.00
Non-NLOC members: 369.00
People I don't like 500.00 Just kidding

What exagtly does this allow you to do. A buddy was going to get one for his mustang. He said you can over ride factory rev limiters and speed limiters. Also much more. Could you kind of explain all what you can do with the tuner.

Thanks
Shane

You can do a lot Rev limiters, timing, fuel, speed limiters, injector size, turn off EGR, tons of auto tranny stuff, just about anything you want.

If you go to www.guieectuner.com there is a freeware version of the GUI-EECTUNER software to download. Then below that there are processor files that customize that software depending on the processor family you have.

You have a Gen 2 right ? I will be working on adding support for the CUX1 and CUX2 pretty soon also. I've just got to get some Gen 1 mass air stuff out of the way first

Raymond,
Hey, I left a message on your machine to call me at home. I need to figure out how to pay you. I know you accept paypal, but I have had bad luck with them, are there any other options. C.O.D. or Credit Cards. I am having trouble with my e-mail and not have not been able to recieve any for a few days. Either post on the board or call me at the number I left on your machine.

Marcus,
I don't believe that is the case. I haven't asked that exact questions yet, but talking with Raymond he did not indicate he
was using mass-air. Hopefully someone will chime in with an exact answer.

No, you do not need MAS conversion to use the EEC IV Tuner.
Raymond is however, working on a MAS conversion for the L1. I think it will use the tuner, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Hi John, sorry for the slow response I'm posting this here 'cause I'm not where I can make a long distance call. I can take a personal check or money order if you would rather not use PayPal. At the moment PayPal is the only way I can accept credit cards.

Also no mass air is required for a Lightning to use an EEC-Tuner. It just plugs into your stock processor where a chip goes and you tune with your laptop.

With the GUI-EECTUNER (www.guieectuner.com) software I have 100% coverage for late 93-95 Lightning's and about 75% on the early 93's with the C3P1 PCM.

You can make it out to Performance Specialties. Most likely I won't be there, but I can take the reciept down to the post office and pick it up.
