I have one that is listed under 94 Black Lightning Parts Galore. It probably needs the electrical parts that are on the outside of the tranny. Check it out and give me an email....

Got one out of a 99 that is perfect and since the 514 and the Lentech AOD are going in we dont need it and would like to sell it.

Price is $1000 OBO with the convertor. Lets deal!

A 99 with an E40D?? I don't think so...4R100 maybe, but not a E40D.. Granted they are basically the same, but I bet there would be some mating problems, but I'm not exactly sure if the 5.4 has the classic SBF bellhousing pattern.

The bell housing from a Gen 2 has a Modular bolt pattern, you need a "narrow Flange" case. I get a few sometimes, I get $1500 for a rebuilt, but the 93 will run you $200 extra for the solenoid (special order part), the good news is it's a rebuilt, with serious upgrades from what a Gen 1 had factory. I have a core coming back in the next 2 weeks, I could have you one built inside of a month.
