True Street Questions

Do I have this right....

True Street participants will still be able to pit in the NLOC area (except after the Sunday cruise and eliminations)?

There appear to be 4 time trials, 1 Friday, 2 Saturday, and 1 Sunday.
Do these have any effect on that "closest average" et on Sundays elims or just the bracket you will run in?

Red lighting, reaction time and beating the other vehicle have no effect on the outcome?

After the cruise we stay in the staging lanes and then have three back to back runs. Everything is calculated off of these. Winning being based on who has the three most consistent runs?

There is a winner from each time bracket? (12.00 13.00 14.00 etc)

How do they decide which vehicle goes on to the Super Bowl shootout?
Is that the overall best vehicle from True Street or are there more runoffs?

True Street competitors with Lightnings will be able to park with the NLOC gang. The Time trials for true street are just that time trials or better known as test sessions. What you do during your time trails has nothing to do with the results on Sunday. When Sunday comes around you will more than likely get one more time trial. The True Street meeting will be held at a predetermined time that Ron Ward will tell you about during the tech in process. IF YOU RUN IN TRUE STREET THE TECH IN PROCESS WILL BE IN THE TRUE STREET AREA NOT IN THE REGULAR TECH AREA. RON WARD WILL BE RUNNING TRUE STREET. During the meeting Ron will tell everyone what time to line up for the cruise. You will go on the cruise when you get back to the track you will be escorted directly to the staging lanes for a cool down period a minimum of 20 minutes. Then you will make 3 back to back passes down the track. All 3 passes will be averaged. the closest person to 9.000, 10.000,11.000,12.000,13.000,14.000 and 15.000 will win those classes. with an overall winer and runner-up.

Is it the person whose three runs are closest to each other or are we trying to run exactly 12.0000 or 13.0000 etc.?

you want to be the closest to 12.000 average or what ever second increment your truck runs in. for example if your truck runs a 11.99, 12.00 and a 12.01 you can still win the 12.000 bracket if you run under the number as long as your average is the closest to 12.000 you will be the winner of that class. Just using the 12 second class as an example. click on the thread I started with all the true street rules.
