I called today and got my reservations made, again. I scheduled in March and those records are gone. So, I'm set with my rooms, unless another disaster happens......

Does anyone have an Email address from this Debbie Carter?
I'm going to use my reservations at the other hotel, so I wanted to cancel the Empress ones. (if they exist)
Nobody answers the phone at the hotel and the automated system is screwed up too

I don't have her email but she should be there right now her shift starts a 2pm. I don't handle the hotel stuff just spam the info sorry.

I tried again around 6pm.
Called the Casino 1-888-4EMPRESS, got transferred to hotel reservations.
Talked to a nice lady who could not find my reservation by confirmation number, or last name, she even tried looking by first name

I told her we have been going through Debbie Carter.
She transferred me to her number and I left a voice mail.

I don't care if mine disappeared, just don't want to get charged for it later.
I hope all goes well for the rest of you who are staying there.

Just wondering....are they giving confirmation numbers yet?? I made my reservations a few weeks back and they didn't have their system up yet to generate a number.

If they were sold out back in March, how are they making all these new reservations now?

I'm staying at the other hotel, just looking to confirm that my old reservation doesn't exist or to cancel it if it still does.
(1) so I don't get charged.
(2) to make room for someone else.
