I tryed to upload some pics 2 weeks ago & it would not work. I got an error. I tryed to upload some more last night and got the same error. Now this is the fun part, it would time out(?) last night and show the pics I tryed to upload 2 weeks ago, that never made it on. But the pics are NOT uploaded.

I just did it again. I told it to upload a pic of my truck at the track. It got to the screen that you hit the "process" button. But the pics are the ones I tryed to upload 2 weeks ago. They are pics of my truck and trailer with my mower on it. When I click the "process" button I get the error.
Problem running JPEGTRAN:

"/usr/bin/jpegtran" -copy none /var/www/html/photopost/data/1207/tt1.jpg

Error Code: 2


Any ideas?

anyone else having this problem? i just checked the jpegtran program and it seems to be running fine.

olefafl: maybe you could send me one or two of the pictures and i'll take a look. how many are you trying to upload at once anyways?

olefafl: i see the 5 pictures in your upload directory. do me a favor, choose to upload some images, but then instead of selecting the pictures, scroll down to almost the bottom of that page and hit the checkbox that says "Skip upload and process the files already in your upload directory" under the "Extra Options" section and then hit the "upload/submit" button at the bottom.

It should be fixed now. If you follow the instructions in my last post, your pictures will go through.

jpegtran seems to be a problem for many photopost users, so I just disabled it.

I went and told it not to upload the 5 pics. I have tryed to upload some more and it will upload them but NOT put them in my gallery.

Both of the pics are only showing up on this screen, and not in my gallery.

I just checked your gallery and that HP one is showing up just fine, so I'm not sure what the problem is now, or if there is one.

This shows the last pic I uploaded. It was done March 15th.

This is the last page in my gallery.

All the pics I did today are NOT there???

The one I called sc4 is now showing up as pic 1 in my main gallery, but thats it. None of the others.

The first pic I just posted said 58 photos, but the gallery said "Images 1 to 24 of 56" ??

I just did 3 more and got the "process" button

The pg1, pg2, & pg3 are now pics 1, 2, and 3 in my main gallery, but not any others I loaded today.

Click on the ones shown below the "Main Album" and move them (choose "edit photo" and then change the "category" -aka album) to an appropriate album. Right now they are just in a generic space assigned to you. When you upload pictures, make sure you tell them which album they should be assigned to. As far as those first five in your original post, there was something about the format of them that a certain program didn't like. You'll have to reupload them.
