New member from Texas

Hey everyone! I don't have a lightning yet but I plan to purchase a black or white gen 1 soon. It's going to be weird owning my first automatic.

Anything I should look for? Know issues desired options etc?

EDIT: I was also wondering if it could pull my cobra on a flatbed with bags on the rear?

I'm a GEN2 Chick so I'll let the GEN1 guys come in and help you out!

It is weird having an auto my mustang is a manual and I've always, always had manuals.

They're fun trucks though!
