| hey everyone newbie from O-Town
hey guys/gals the names grant and i'm new to the forum but not the lightining seen. i have known about this truck since i was born literally! i drive a 2001 F150 supercrew and i'm trying to get rid of a 99 taurus. my grandfather helped buy me my truck. we got it with 189,xxx miles on it and now it has almost 194,000 so far i replaced the spark plugs and spark plug boots switched to castrol synthetic oil 10W-40 had a rebuilt 4R100 put in from a wrecked lightning (thats right my truck has a lightning trans) old trans had 190,000 miles so it was time to go. performance upgrades are a K&N drop in cone filter. i currently have a full straight pipe from the cats back exhaust set-up i want to put on but i'm still waiting on my friend to help me. sadly my truck has the lil 4.6 but it does get up and go! i'm located in orlando florida and i live in the conway area. i see several lightnings around town by my house. the one i see most is a silver '02 with gun metal gray '02 wheels. and there is a black 02 that lives in my friends apartment complex. i hope some of you guys on here are in the orlando area because i wanted to see if we could get an F150 club going on for our trucks. we could meet up at the sonic on 436 every friday or saturday night wich would be kinda cool. like every kid i have my dreams and my dreams are owning a 2003 sonic blue cobra and a 2003 sonic blue lightning with gun metal '02 wheels. only time i got to see a somewhat fast F150 upclose was a 2002 HD F150 that a kid had at my school but he graduated lasst year. anyways hit me up i would love to to know some of you guys if you are from orlando |
