Need advice in the UK

Hi everyone,
I thought I would ask the people who made the truck! for some advice.
I have owned a 2000 Lightning that was chipped when I first bought it. I use it daily to get to work and back and at the weekends.
For the past year it is used far more and am up to about 45000 miles.
Not mechanically minded I am hoping for advice on some sounds that are happening.

Firstly when I start up in the mornings there is a ticking sound which goes after a couple of minutes and now there seams a sound from the supercharger which could be a dry bearing noise?

What I am saying is....are there common faults which I could know about to help mechanics over here start in the right direction.

Sorry to be a bit vague.

thanks

Paul
