Almost new owner

Hi all im from sturgis, michigan. I just sold off my '82 mercury capri RS t-top car. Currently looking at a black '94 lightning. I need some opinions tho.... It's been sitting for the last 8 years or so. He blew the transmission some how or another. It seems to me to be a real lightning. But he's only asking $900 for it. Any thoughts? Any thing for me to check on it first? I prolly will end up buying it. Thanks in advance. Awesome site!

did you ever end up buying this truck? i live in burr oak michigan (next town over).

i have lots of new oem parts sold both 95s still got 01
