Thumbs up Long time reader just saying Hi!

Greetings from snowy Ohio! My name is Dave and I still like to go fast and comfortable, can't be a Lightning for that to happen. The "L" is resting peacefully in the garage and I am wishing for nice weather. Just installed a Stage IV from Steig last week and haven't got to play much. Truck is a 02 Silver with 50,000 miles. It also has a 6# lower, TR6's, 160 thermo and L&S installed, Predator tuned right now, but would like to get a dyno tune next spring hopefully. The L&S is really working well, the I/C was dry as a bone. Anyway looking forward to talking to you guys and learning more about the truck.

Yep, they are bad enough even on a wet road let alone snow. Fortunately, I have a beater to get me through the winter. What little bit I got to drive it the Stage 4 from Steig made a seat of the pants difference. I guess you get to drive yours pretty much year round, lucky.

Problem is all I do is try to figure out what I am going to do to this beast next. Thinking valve body and exhaust at least for now. Not sure what to do about the mids, they are expensive as hell and I am thinking maybe eliminating the back two and going with a Bassani catback. I am an addicted 58 year old geezer about this truck. I have a Eibach Pro kit in the bed that I need to get installed to get the stance a little more like I want. I also have been thinking about getting the stock wheels powder coated a dark charcoal and somehow leave the lip polished. It may drive me nuts.

Yeah it will drive you nuts......I spent all night in the garage clay barring and waxing! The wife thinks I have an addiction problem too, LOL

I spend a big part of the week detailing cars and trucks for other people so it is hard for me to find the time to baby the "L". My nephew and I do it together and his incintive is that his '03 Cobra is hanging on a hoist with the engine out because he turned a rod bearing. He kept telling me these 4.6 Cobra's are indestructable in the bottom end, I just kind of chuckle now. I guess he will learn that everything can be destructed.
