| Registered User | 93 lightning in pieces wazup guys, My name is Scott, Im new to the club. Its good to see that there is some real lightning owners out there. I have a black 93 lightning. It is going through abit of a make over if you Know what I mean. I built a 408 stroker for the mill and I have a level 3 C-6 to plant the power with. Motor and tranny are married in garage but truck is not ready for them yet. Doing some painting to engine compartment. But after that I will install everything for test fit. I know that tranny cross member needs to move, and so far all I could come up with for headers in a 1 7/8 inch primary tubes to a 3 inch collector is custom built. It has been a costly project but I feel well worth the time and money, though my wife doesnt share my feelings on the subject. If anyone has any tips or if you know where I could get a set of headers already made in that size. Please give me a shout. thanks, Scott Kennedy |
