Another new guy.......

Hello all. I am new here. Don't have a Lightning yet, but am looking. I currently have a nice '98 Cobra 'vert and a new Fusion SEL, along with a '96 F-150 for getting back and forth to work with. I am trying to sell the F-150 right now so I can get a 1st Gen Lightning.

Anyway, I live in MD, and will be watching the classifieds for a decent L.

Nice Cobra!!! Welcome to the boards. Be sure and check the gen1 for sale threads, lots of mint L's lately.

Just sold my F-150, I think I am about to pick up my first L, found a nice one!

Welcome to the board, Dredd! We have quite a few Lightning owners in the area. Check out the Local Sections forum at the bottom of the forums for the "LOOM" (Lightning Owners Of Maryland) area. We're having a GTG next month at Woodbine Motorsports, which does Lightning and Cobra tuning. He's doing a tune on my Gen1 now.

I know JJ really well, actually. He did the tune on my Cobra, and when I used to run a Mustang and Ford shop, he was my tuner there, too. I should have my Lightning in the next few days, so maybe I'll try to get up there with you guys!
