| Guest |  sorry guys!!! I apologize to those that came up here with the expectations of HPT to be real good! The track condition really sucked! Usually it hooks a hell of a lot harder than that! Their just wasn't any track prep! Maybe I can get you guys to come back sometime, like in the fall when it cools off a lot more! Later Shane |

| Guest | wow been a long time seem's like a month. the street thing here was pretty kool all kind's of cars and bike's included in that bunch were 3 trucks dont think anyone knew what to make of the truck guy's ole well they were in for a surprise. did not get started untill 12am (midnite) or so got a few runs in before we got run off tried a new place but had to cut out.. hope to see you guy's soon dave (P) want us to come down and give the 1/8 a try some sat... |

| Guest |  Thanks for the hospitality the MKLO club showed me,I had a great time Thursday night and made it home just fine. I hooked up ok at the track, but had big problems with the spray. All the super glue in Topeka, would not put my air cleaner box back together again. I am going to have Sal burn me a chip next week, hope that fixes the problem. I will keep you posted. I should have stayed the weekend sounds like you all had a blast. |

The day that we raced with the other R/T owners, they had prepared the track and then all of the vehicles with street tires got to it first... They only swept the track once and then there was about an inch of rubber on it by the time we got there..  Our 60' times were way off... When people usually run 1.76 60' and then go to 1.9 60', you know you're not hooking up!Oh well... Maybe we could get an event planned for all the trucks... chevy, dodge, ford, toyota... etc. planned sometime?? I think that all would love it! Make it a 3 day event!!  Anyway...
