10/16 web and MiLOC updates

Latest updates for all you MiLOC members. On the website, I have redone the photos page. Now all the images are thumb-nailed, which should make for much faster loading and better pics to look at. Also a few minor tweaks to the links page, etc.

As far as the club I have orderd our MiLOC stickers and expect them this week. They are 3 color, die cut, 7 mil high performance vynil. They should be very nice! They also drained the remaining money put forth by the original members last year. I also have business cards and fliers on order (the fliers are B&W, sorry, these will be coming out of my pocket. I have also priced a club banner, but we really dont need one until spring and I'd like to see what Jerry does on this from the NLOC. As I have said the MiLOC will remain free to join, as Im sure our affiliation with the NLOC will make that possible.

Bill has been a great help to me in starting up the MiLOC. But he is very busy these days, so Im asking for a volunteer to help Bill and I with the club. If anyone is interested please e-mail me.

I'd also like to say please support the NLOC by joining. We are now a branch of the NLOC and it is with our membership dollars that the NLOC will grow and benefit us all more. Jerry and his team are doing great so far, but need the support of all Lightning owners out there! Dont forget to check out the SVTOA as well.

hey chuck listen i would love to help in anyway i can ive been telling everyone at work who buys a new L to check us out and hope to get some new members.

The pic page on the MiLOC site is much faster now. Now I don't have time to take a nap while waiting for all the pics to show up. Good job.
As far as the banner goes, when the time comes, would it help if we gave donations?

Thanks Bill! But something wierd happened, Homestead "mysteriously" lost our index page and another page. Hmmmmmm. I know Corey had the password to the site, did I do something to make him mad possibly? Anyway....... I am in the process of rebuilding, so if you go there now it is done, but should be by the weekend. Let me know what you think so far.

John, get ahold of me if you really want to get involved, OK?
