Just wanted to make everyone aware of the changes/updates that have occured lately. The new membership database is up and running (and backed up. LOL!). This will allow us to do searches, print mailing lists, etc.

The website has been updated. There is now a links page (feel free to suggest any links that would be relevant to the MiLOC), the members page is up now (will be updated agai today) and I have added 6 new pics to the photos page. I would like a pic of every registered members truck to put on our site! I have a digital camera, if need be. There are still bigger plans for the website, but will be implemented slowly as time allows, but I think the site is off to a good start.

There is still no charge to join the MiLOC. I will be having membership stickers made "shortly" this will come out of the little remaining money paid by the original 6 MiLOC members (Bob E, Crazy Bob, Corey, Todd, John and myslef). The banner will still be done, but we are waiting to see what comes down the pipe from the NLOC on that issue first.

I hope you'll encourage your members to seek out the NLOC website www.nloc.org this way we can get them signed up on the national level and provide information, tech suopport,and all the perks that go with the club membership.Things are getting better,were growing and want your chapter to be a part of the NLOC.We encourage local cahpters to get involved on the national level.We listen to everyone opinion,so we encourage all of you to get involved.

Chuck- The webpage is looking great. I'm sure it will kep getting better too. I put the miloc logo on my photo gallery page with the miloc web address too (if thats alright), maybe on the Links page we could put up members pages links too. I'm not sure how many of us have a page, but its just an idea. Also i'll have a pic of my truck coming to you real soon. I gotta go snap one with the digital camera. I'd take one off my page, but I'm not too happy with those in a small size. -Mike B.

Jerry, thanks for visiting our forum! I am onboard with the NLOC, as we have discussed. I am also getting the MiLOC on board as well. I have made some more updates to the main/links/members pages of the www.miloc.org site, I hope you will check them out. We are here to have fun and to support and be a part of the new NLOC!!

your help is greatly appreciated,the joining of all the chapters into the national club will make it a force to be recognized and very high profile.I'm seeking new sponsors that will allow us to purchase parts at discount prices,and to just plain support us financially.We need some good funds to support the events we have on tap!!!!
