We have the final details for the Milan Dragway event. Do to some cost issues and restrictions we have had to make some adjustments. Here is the final plan along with an attachment of the Agenda. Please forgive the length but I have tried to be thorough.

There are 48 openings for this event. I need the name of each vehicle owner that plans to attend. I will have the only copy of the official list. You can send owner names to me either by email or phone. There is some criteria to be considered. This event is for the purpose of video taping modified vehicles. Those who agree to let us videotape their individual vehicle modifications will be added to the list first. Anyone who would like to attend but does not want their individual vehicle modifications video taped will be an alternate. If we are unable to fill the 48 spots with volunteers for videotaping, the remaining spots will be filled on first come first serve basis. As you supply me owners I should be able to confirm on the spot if there is a slot open. All owners must be aware that the drag racing will be video taped. All participants by entering will agree to allow their vehicle to be taped in this manor. We will not videotape individual vehicle modifications unless th!
e owner agrees.

NOTE TO OWNERS: The videotape will be used for the SVT technician classroom course, SVT marketing, and SVT event support, which will be explained at the event. This videotape will not be used for any other purpose. The videotape will not be passed along to any other Ford Motor Company activity. No personal information will be recorded or retained beyond the event, except for the liability waivers. No vehicle information, VIN numbers, license plate numbers or any other identifying information will be recorded during this event. The owner's warranty status is and will remain between the individual owners and Ford Motor Company.

This event is scheduled around 48 participants. The 48 vehicles will be broken up into 4 teams. Each team will have a color. These colors will be used to control the events during the day. We will be providing refreshments and lunch for the participants. SVT will be on hand and provide goodie bags for the owners. Each owner is allowed to bring one passenger. I ask that if they plan to bring a passenger they let us know at the time of initial submittal so we may have enough food for all. If spectators would like to come to watch they are welcome but waivers must be signed and we will be unable to supply lunch and refreshments for them.

All drivers must meet Milan Dragway's safety policies as they pertain to drivers and vehicles. These policies are available on their website, <http://www.milandragway.com>. It is the responsibility of all drivers to come prepared. Equipment will not be available at this event.

I have tried to include enough information to answer any questions up front. If you or any of the owners have further questions or would like more information please contact me. I have no problem with owners contacting me directly if that is what they would like to do.

I am assuning that YOU need a confirmation from each owner. Is this correct? Or do we need to contact John Nall. I am sending you an email.

John Nall asked me to give him a list of owners that are interested. But Im sure either way would work as this is an "SVT" event, not a group vs group thing.

OK, anyone who is still interested, there are 10 spots available. Remember your truck (or Cobra, or Contour) must have at least some visible mods to participate. C'mon free racing, free lunch and the chance to meet Ford reps and other SVT enthusiasts!!
