| Guest | Ok guys heres the deal, I have attached a copy of the e-mail I recieved. So once again I need all who are interested to e-mail me a confirmation the you *will* show up, so they can get a head count. Thanks! --------------------------------------------- We plan to rent Milan Drag way on Friday September 21, 2001. The tentative itinerary will be as follows; we may make changes as plans are solidified. Track opens at 8:00 am. Meet and greet and explain what our intentions are 8:15 - 8:45 am. Begin filming modifications 8:45 - 10:00 am. Open track racing 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Lunch supplied 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Open track racing 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. At 4:00 pm our day officially ends and Milan begins test and tune, which everyone is allowed to watch but will need to pay Milan to participate. During the day we will film the modified vehicles and some racing. We will provide lunch for everyone in attendance. The SVT group has also expressed interest in doing some on camera interviews with some owners about their modifications. Once again I want to assure everyone their warranties will not be effected in anyway. If anyone still has reservations I ask them to show up at the event and listen to what we have to say. They will have a chance to question us face to face. If they still are not willing to participate they are welcome to stay for the racing. What I need at this time is an official head count. Renting the tack is based on the number of vehicles that will be running so we need to know how many serious confirmations we have. Please let me know as soon as possible. I will need a final headcount of how many plan to attend and how many plan to race by September 10, 2001.
