South Louisiana Convoy to L-Fest

OK here are the pilimary plans for the Convoy to L-Fest.

We will meet up on the morning of Wednesday Aug 13th @ Laplace Travel Center it is right where I-55 and I-10 meet. It is a Truck Stop/Casino with a Shell Station. Address is as follows:

4325 US Hwy 51
Laplace, LA 70068

After everyone arrives we can roll out on the first Leg of the trip. This leg will take us about 550 miles and 8 to 10 hours depending on stops. We will arrive in Cape Girardeau, MO. We will meet up with Keith( Jonnynumber5) Here are some direction to a Hampton Inn there. Hampton Inn Cape Girardeau Missouri Hotel - Cape Girardeau, MO Hotels We will spend the night here.

Driving Directions from La Place, LA to 103 Cape West Pkwy, Cape Girardeau, MO

There are some other hotels in the area I will get info on them and what there is to do in the Town of Cape.

Thursday Aug 14th:

We will meet up get some Brakfest and head out on the second leg of the trip.This leg will take us about 2 1/2 hours and 150 miles

We will leave Cape and head to Foristell, MO we will meet up with alot of other Lightning Owners that are headed from the east. Justin from NJ Jeff from Indy Keith from KY and Dave P. this is just a few who have meet up in Foristell to head on in to KC.

We will all meet at TravelCenters of America There address is:
I-70 & Route W, Exit 203
Foristell, MISSOURI

OK after this we will roll out and head to KC. I will update once I know more info on the Host Hotel for L-Fest. I will add time to try to meet to head out and and new info as I get it. Hope to have all the need info up for the end of January.

all kinds of fun stuff to do in cape but im sure you guys will just want to grab a bite to eat and hang out for a bit and go to bed after driving all day. if not we can hit some bars and go to the eastside where the girls dance nude

Damn you guys will be rolling right past me thru Batesville, MS on I55. I may just have to jump in on the convoy and go to LF6. Depends on what plans Uncle Sam has for me in August.

Bobby, after you guys leave Foristell, MO, I can pick you up at the Midway (Conoco) Truck Stop on the west side of Columbia, exit 121. That'll be about 1 1/2 hrs from Foristell.
