Remember, when your making all the that extra boost, with upper and lower pullies, your also creating much more heat. Making the stock intercooler less and less effective in doing it's job.
Stock intercooler wasn't designed to handle what most of us have done to our truck.
Our performance intercooler heat exchanger is all aluminum construction and tig welded. Core is over twice the size as stock. Tanks, also, approx. 75% larger.
