03 Polished wheels Help

Best option for polishing the wheels on an 03L. They keep getting oxidized. I would like something to clean them back to a great shine, and then what do I use to protect them from the oxidation? Would appreciate an answer from a L owner. Thanks!

I've detailed a number of Lightnings but more often than not they've had aftermarket wheels. For the stockers once you get them polished up the best thing to do would be to lay down a coat of sealant or wax to protect them. That will keep them looking shiney and prevent any oxidation.
