| Moderator Paid Member | Hey, BigD, looks like you've got a typo there. Looks like you said SA2000 when you meant SA2005. The reason they can't discount the G-Force any further is that they've already got them discounted more than anyone else. And with FREE helmet bag and shipping, it's a great deal. Apex Performance is mainly a road race supplier, but they've got the safety stuff covered pretty well. They sell G-Force, Pyrotect, Bell, Arai and HJC helmets. If you don't see what you want, call them and use the NLOC code for your discount - that's what I'll be doing. Remember, this discount is on NEW SA2005 helmets, not outdated SA2000's. |

| President NLOC, Inc. Paid Member | To be a legal helmet, somewhere on the inside there will be one of the tags shown below. The SA is fire retardant, where the M is not. Some tracks do not check for the labels...it varies from track to track. SA= For Use in Competitive Automotive Sports The SA95 is good only through 2006 ![]() The SA2000 is good through 2011 ![]() The SA2005 is good through 2016 ![]() M=For Use in Motorcycling and Other Motorsports The M95 is good only through 2006 ![]() The M2000 is good through 2011 ![]() The M2000 is good through 2016 ![]() |

| Moderator Paid Member | Steve, I know it's supposed to be 10 yrs, not 11, but for some reason NHRA extended the 95s an extra yr. At least is seems that way to me. Don't know why. Also, Linda said that some people are having trouble accessing the code on the website. It should be fixed now, but you can always call the toll-free number and order with the NLOC code. |

| Registered User Paid Member | If the sticker is not on the back of the Helmet, it usually can be found inside the liner of the helmet. I know I had a hard time finding a Helmet, finally got it from G-Force. |
