RV Hookups at Heartland Park?

Are there RV hookups at the track? I just spoke to one of the guys from the Power Stroke club, and he was asking about this.

Thanks,
Tom

Nan will call and check today. Last year, RV's were allowed to park and stay at the track, but no hookups. I believe there is a KOA in Topeka, but wait for word from Nan!;i

Exclamation

We have not heard back from the track yet, but last year quite a few stayed at the track with motor homes. There were no hookups last year and I do not think that has changed.

There is a KOA about 15 miles from the track that has full hookups and is easy to get to and from the track. Here is their information:

TOPEKA KOA

Relax in our quiet, rural, off the road setting. Storm shelter, pool and Air Conditioned showers. State Capitol, Kansas Museum of History, Heartland Park and nearby Indian gambling casinos. Weekly and monthly rates.

Here is the link to their website:

Topeka KOA
3366 KOA Road
Grantsville, KS 66429

Season of Operation:
March 1 - November 15

Toll Free Reservations: 1-800-562-8717

Information: (785) 246-3419

Hope this helps Sid!

See you in Topeka!

Exclamation Another place with full hookups!

We received the location of another Topeka campground with full hookups. The campground is the Lake Shawnee Campground (again a 10-15 minute drive to the track).
The link to their website is:

We also confirmed today that there are NO hookups at the track.
